« First there was no host at the incheck, we stood for 15 minutes in front of a building . Couldn’t get in. The apartment was far from modern. A dusty room with a poor sofabed , a bathroom in which you cannot turn, faucets spraying the water all over and the room has no curtains . A very bad description of what you expect to find to stay »

« I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed. »

« Quiet, secluded property that is walking distance from Milano Centrale. Served as a great "home base" as we travelled around surrounding areas. The apartment itself was massive compared to other places we stayed at during our trip, featuring very comfortable furniture and everything else that we needed while staying. Highly recommend! »

« Max and Mariella were excellent hosts from the beginning, welcoming us and providing directions from the airport. The apartment was clean and well maintained. They prepared the sofa bed for us, and we had everything we needed for our stay. « We love location, close to Duomo but no tourist around . Apartment is very spacious, nice bathroom and washing machine in closet.High ceilings in all rooms . Elevator or stairs, apartment is on second floor . Kitchen fully equipped for breakfast or dinner cooking.Check in , very easy with nice lady giving us keys for early arrival. « Excellent host, great location. Opposite to Milan central station (5 mins walk), lots of restaurants, super market nearby. Duomo is around 20 minutes by cab. Easy checkin. Greatly recommended. »

« Property was not very clean. We had to clean it and especially the bedroom. WiFi was very slow, if you need to take video calls and work, it would not support you. Communication and check in process was very good. Pity for the dust and the WiFi »

« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...
