« Studio bonne localisation. Le lieu est calme, la literie est propre. Ce studio ne peut pas accommoder 4 personnes, 2 au maximum. ConsidĂ©rez de prendre tous les repas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Le studio dans son Ă©tat actuel n'est sanitairement pas acceptable. Beaucoup de moisissures sur l'encadrement des fenĂȘtres, la salle de bain a besoin de rĂ©fection etc....De nombreuses rĂ©parations sont nĂ©cessaires. »

« Convenient location. Only downside is there is no Air conditioning so we were warm during our stay in June. Washer/dryer is convenient to have. One note: Shower is a big step to get into so if someone is not very comfortable with taking a big step (small kids or elderly) please beware. Otherwise we enjoyed the apartment, we had a lot of restaurants and shops to walk to (bakery, Aldi, etc). Can walk to many sights. »

« La propriĂ©tĂ© est superbe, le lieu est magique et l’appartement est bien (petit mais trĂšs trĂšs efficace). Le rapport qualitĂ©/prix Ă  l’air assez mais il ne l’est pas car nous nous trouvons dans l’un des quartiers les plus beaux de Paris. Je n’ai trouvĂ© que deux petits bĂ©mols : le chauffage n’est pas trĂšs puissant (j’ai essayĂ© d’augmenter un maximum la piĂšce). Et, je n’ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  mettre la tĂ©lĂ© et Ă  activer le wifi, pourtant j’ai essayĂ© plusieurs fois. C’est dommage. »

« This apartment is fantastic. It is actually in the 16th not the 8th and is about a 12 minute metro ride to the Champs Elyses and a 30 minute walk to the Trocadero. That being said, it is a beautiful, quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. The entryway to the apartment and the apartment itself give true Parisian vibes. Added bonus that it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Paris experience and willing to travel via metro or walk a little bit...
