« Nuestra experiencia fue 7/10. Puntos de mejora: el edificio se encuentra a la orilla de una calle bastante transitada por lo que cruce a veces es dificultoso. El edificio tiene mucha humedad y el olor destaca bastante dentro y fuera del apto. El apto está ubicado en un 4to piso en escalera de caracol sin elevador. Cuando llegamos el código de entrada no funcionaba por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con Iván que amablemente nos resolvió, al igual que el internet que no funcionaba tamb nos ayudó...

« Nicely furnished with great view. If you have a rental then make sure that you have a small car, because the road up to the apartment and especially the parking spot in the garage is very very narrow. »

« Boreal B.1 was a great property for a family of five on an interrailing holiday. It was really well situated for the (Lugano) Paradiso train station, albeit that it is a short walk to the property up a steep hill. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was good, including a dishwasher and washing machine, but missing some of the utensils we have at home. « Un appartement "bien" rénové et agencé. Faut pas trop regarder les finitions; portes qui coincent, douche et baignoire décapées, ils manque des bouts de peinture. Mais ça c'est rien, le pire c'est l'isolation phonique horrible, les voisins on les entend bien! Même qu'on croirait qu'ils sont dans votre salon! Ascenseur bruyant et porte d'entrée comme le reste trop légère pour ettoufer du bruit. Pas super reposant. Un peu cher pour ce bien même si dans l'ensemble l'appartement est confortable. »

« L’endroit est sympa , situé à côté du lac, il y a quelques restaurants autour ainsi que des magasins alimentaires. Les transports publics aussi. Ce qui nous a déplu c’est qu’il n’y a pas de parc privé pour la voiture. Ça coûte très cher de se garer à Lugano. Il y a des zones bleus d’accord, cependant juste pour 1h. On est là-bas en vacances pas pour changer le disque toutes les heures. Il y a l’application EasyPark qui est pratique pour le parking payant. Cependant payer 70.- de parking pour 4...
