Tlw sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tlw sind sie ĂŒberfordert bzw sprechen konsequent gebrochen Englisch obwohl man Italienisch mit ihnen spricht. FĂŒr den Preis habe ich insgesamt mehr erwartet. "
