« Bij aankomst bleek er bij de huiseigenaar geen boeking bekend. The French Concierge was niet meer te bereiken en uiteindelijk kon VRBO ook niets meer voor ons betekenen. Op eigen houtje een vervangende locatie geboekt. Nu hopen dat we ons geld snel terug krijgen. Voor ons nooit meer »

« We loved our stay at the Borgo - very central to the main cities to visit like Lucca and Pisa. Comfortable bed, air con was a plus, it became a home from home for us for 6 days. Nice to have a pool to chill around as well. »

« This a very nice tuscan home with a beautiful private pool which was great relaxing one afternoon. It has a great view. You do have to drive a small winding country road to get there but so nice when you get to the top. »

« if you into experiencing the more authentic stay, not modern, this is more of rustic. Was very clean! Great water pressure! The owner was great. Had WiFi serves but no cell service probably due to stone walls. You so have to pay rental of the sheets, towels, gas and electric. That was new to us but its normal in Italy. »

« We hebben 2 weken in het huisje doorgebracht en daar een mooie tijd gehad. Omliggende steden en dorpen zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf deze locatie. Het huis was prima schoon, met goede handdoeken en beddengoed. Toen wij er in augustus waren was het overdag voortdurend 35+ graden, maar dankzij de airco in de slaapkamer hadden we een goede nachtrust. De eigenaresse woont erachter en was heel vriendelijk en professioneel. »

« Francesa and her family are very welcoming and are ready to help you in any way you need. You also have to go to the authentic Tuscan dinner on Monday. The food is soooo good . I took my dog with me and I loved walking her in the surrounding areas. It felt so safe. I also urge you to take the funiculare and visit Montecatini Alto, a beautiful medieval borgo at the top of a mountain. »

Zustand des Pools bei Ankunft mangelhaft, besserte sich nach ein paar Tagen. Wellnessbereich und Sauna geschlossen. Gartenbereiche stellenweise ungepflegt. Zu wenig Sonnenschirme in der Anlage.
