« The place was very clean and was as advertised. The view on the balcony is of an abandoned hotel with almost no view of the beautiful landscape of the area, which was somewhat disappointing. « Cleanliness and the organization and set up of the apartment was lovely with so much eye for detail. Simple things such as providing basic cooking items like oil, ketchup etc was a great small thing which makes a difference. Rachel was kind to respond to each query quickly with great detail e.g details of the Swiss National Day celebrations. The baggage and guest pick up service by taxi to the station was a great addition. May be providing kitchen towel rolls would help and providing two keys...

« Lots of ventilation with windows and french windows on both sides. We knew the spiral staircase was a killer especially carrying suitcases up and down. After a long day out it took the strain to get up to the flat. Noisy bar and takeaway ( well into early morning) but got the window closing and opening to a fine art. Thanks to all concerned. »

« This apartment was perfect and just as described. We were so glad we decided to rent this place instead of booking a hotel. The apartment was very close to the train station (quite easy to lug all our things on a luggage trolley from the station and bring it back), and everything inside the apartment was comfortable and just as pictured. Great location to use as a home base to explore the area. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. »
