It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

« Très bel appartement. Tout était au top. Bien placé et très agréable. On y retournera c est certain. Il manque des couverts (petite cuillère nous n en avions que trois pour 6 personnes)sinon tout y était parfait. Les couchages sont très bien. Le système de boîte a clefs très bien. « I booked via VRBO and somehow got moved on to HATCH. The apartment is an illegal rental. It does not meet the bylaws of the building. The City of Paris does not have the apartment registered as a legal rental. One of the resident owners confronted me and told me I had to leave because short term rentals are illegal. The person followed me and would not leave me alone. The photos on VRBO in no way resemble the true condition. It is in terrible shape. The carpets are disgusting and need to be...

« A great, small apartment for a few days in Paris. It's sparse and only fits 2 people. If you're going to be out all day and only there to sleep and rest, this is the perfect apartment. No bells and whistles so don't expect much but it's clean and comfortable. »

« I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Olivier welcomed me when I arrived and showed me around the apartment. He also shared some tips on where to dine. I walked to some tourists sights and took the nearby metro and bus. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. I watched it sparkle every night. The bedroom faces a court at the back of the apartment, so it was quiet at night. It was truly a perfect stay. »

"Très bon séjour. Malgré un petit souci à notre arrivé, le personnel a été très réactif. L'hôtel est tres bien situé pour un concert ou autre au stade de France. Juste vraiment dommage qu'il ne soit pas "entretenus" encore plus...(changer les lampes de chevets défectueuses des chambres, améliorer la terrasse extérieur et mettre plus de poubelle extérieure) il a un réel potentiel. En tout cas équipe au top. Petit déjeuner très bon. "
