„Very large flat in quiet, outstanding location in Palermo. Right on the waterfront behind Porta Felice, only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The roof terrace and surrounding balcony are huge and great for relaxing. Communication with Giovanni and his mother was outstanding, extremely friendly and accommodating. „Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. “

„La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. “

„The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the city center. Everything was clean, and Alessandra had thought of everything. There was everything you could possibly need. She was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment at the beginning. Overall, we felt very comfortable.“

„Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gelegenes Aptm. mit kleinem Balkon. Der Vermieter, Herr Federico, hat uns bei der Anreise per Handy geholfen, die Strasse zu finden, da unser Navi wegen teilweise fehlender Funkverbindung und grober Ungenauigkeit, mehrmals falsch geführt hat. Herr Federico hat uns auch einen kostenplichtigen Parkplatz reserviert, das war super! Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von seinem Aptm aus, fußläufig gut erreichbar. "Das war das 2te Mal wo wir in diesem Hotel. Wir können nur sagen es war toll. Direkt in der Stadt alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegen Aufpreis gibt’s Parkplätze in einer privaten Garage mit Service. Was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir hier her zurück. "
