Superbe semaine !
Merci beaucoup à Brendra & Bas pour leurs attentions avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre amis avec nos bébés. La maison est magnifique, confortable, propre et très bien équipée. Tout est bien pensé pour qu'on ne manque de rien. Chacun avait son espace nuit et salle de bain. Idéal pour partager une semaine de vacances tout en gardant son intimité. L'extérieur avec la piscine et la terrasse couverte est vraiment agréable et les environs également. Merci aussi à Elodie pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

A recommander sans hésiter !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mas de la Chapelle. Nous étions 3 familles avec 6 adultes et 4 ados de 12 à 16 ans. La maison est très spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les ados ont apprécié d'avoir le 2e étage pour eux tous seuls ! Parfaitement équipée pour le quotidien, et l'espace extérieur, bien que de taille reduite est bien pensé et très agréable. La présence de ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres et une bonne aération permettent de conserver une température supportable par grande chaleur. Attention toutefois au parking, qui peut être un peu contraignant si on est à plus de 2 voitures. La communication avec les propriétaires, Brenda et Bas, a été parfaite et très agréable. Nous avions des informations complètes sur le gîte et sur les activités sur place en amont de notre depart, et meme une delicate attention a notre arrivee qui a ete tres appréciée ! Communication impeccable également avec Elodie et Sam, qui se sont occupés de nous accueillir. Enfin, le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons !

Fantastic place with all You can expect to have really nice hollidays

Great summer stay
Nous avons passés 10 jours magnifiques en famille. Les photos correspondent très bien aux prestations et la piscine à beaucoup de cachet. La maison est très bien située dans un endroit calme très proche dUzes et de Collias pour la baignade en rivière. A recommander.

Classic stone home on 3 levels with spiral stone stairways and plenty of room. Fully appointed kitchen with dining up 2 steps with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Outside seating areas (2) are wonderful; one just outside dining room for easy access to kitchen that facilitates outside dining, and one expansive lounging area through short garden up a few steps into the pool area.

Beautiful House
The Mas is beautiful - a gorgeous home, so well equipped and comfortable, we loved it. This is a stunning part of France and we fell in love with Uzes, Avignon and Nimes. The markets were gorgeous, the countryside heaven. We stayed during the heatwave and suffered from not having air conditioning, and unfortunately the pool wasn’t properly heated so it was a bit cold which meant we were always either too hot or too cold! (For those for whom it matters, I would also mention that the house is not in the same village as the restaurants - they are in a nearby village - and the bakery is 15 minutes walk. We were happy to drive though). A very special holiday in a very special place.

Thank you Hope, for such a nice review. We are sorry you found the pool too cold, but although the heating was broken at the very start of your holiday - our property manager had it immediately repaired and the water temperature, we understand -never dropped to below 27 C. for the remainder of you stay. Just to make it very clear to those reading your kind review; our village is made up of two small hamlets, under one community with one Marie. Divided by 1 road by the bakery. We are extremely fortunate to have Le Domaine de la Privadiere with its fabulous Restaurant and Bistro in our hamlet (a 10 minute walk from our front door) and in the other hamlet - the Restaurant la Bergierie. Our Bakery is indeed 900 meters from our front door. We are delighted to know you obviously enjoyed all three restaurants and the bakery during your time with us. We would gladly welcome you back should you wish to visit our gorgeous area again.

A great place to stay
This is an attractive and comfortable house. It is well laid out and comfortably furnished with plenty of space to be together or away from each other which can also be useful, we had a party of 8. My first impression was that the Garden area was rather small however it as been very well designed with distinct and comfortable areas and works well. The undercover area close to the pool was very attractive and comfortable. We had all our meals there. The pool is great with a shallow area for younger ones to play in safely. The only negative was that no one had been in the house the week before and the pool took a couple of days to heat up which was a pity as the younger ones in our party were only there for the first week. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to any one but do just check on the pool a few days before you go.

Fabulous Holiday
We spent an excellent two weeks here in August. The house was wonderful catered for all ages. Lots to do from the bike ride to the boulangerie in the morning, lots of local vineyards and the market days in Uzes is such a treat. A big thank you to Brenda who called to see we survived an electrical storm that passed through one evening and Elodie and Sam our local contacts who checked in to see we were all happy. Hope to return again.

Mas de la Chapelle
We were fortunate enough to come across this beautiful house when booking a holiday with friends. It really is a wonderful place, everything the photographs on the website suggest and more. The house is so well equipped and the attention to detail much appreciated. Brenda, Bas and their property managers Elodie and Sam are wonderful hosts. We and our friends (two families of four with children aged 9 and 12) had a great time and we came home with great memories of a fantastic break in a wonderful setting. Those memories will stay with all of us forever. Thank you!

The Languedoc ‘22
The property was exactly as shown in the photographs. But nothing could have prepared us for the charm of this house. Enchanting is the word that comes to mind. It was love at first sight for us. Add to this the friendliness and helpfulness of the property managers, Elodie and Sam, and you have all the necessary ingredients of a perfect holiday. It will live long in our memories.

Dream house in the lovely French countryside
Our family is spread across 3 cities and 2 continents so what a better place than this mas to spend a week together. The house is “very” spacious and beautifully decorated. The home if so well distributed that we never felt we were 10 living in it since we all had our personal space. The outdoors are just perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool to no ends. Elodie was welcoming and kept in touch with texts to make sure everything was going well. If you are looking for a lovely home for your vacations in Uzes, this home is perfect.

Great experience at Brenda’s
Spent a lovely week with family (adults and children) at Brenda’s. We have been warmly welcomed and hosts were very reactive during the entire stay. We felt at home in the house, which is very well equipped and furnished with care and taste. Sainte Eulalie is a quiet neighbourhood and well located to discover the region. Would recommend!

Perfect for a large family!
We - mom, dad, 3 young daughters and 2 sons in law - spent 10 wonderful days in Mas de la Chapelle. The house is very charming and very well kept and the outdoor area with the pool, the sunbeds and the large dining area is perfect for a group of people hanging out enjoying each others company. The house is spacious and well planned. The two large living rooms and the dining room are great for spending family-time but you can also easily find a place to read or listen to music if you need a quiet moment. The bedrooms are also beautiful and the beds and the bed linen are all good quality as are the soft (and matching) towels. Carole, the property manager, was there to greet us when we arrived and all communication beforehand went smooth, also with the owner, Brenda. Mas de la Chapelle is situated in a small town only 15 minutes drive from Uzes where you can find lots of shops and restaurants and of course visit the famous market on Wednesday and Saturday. We highly recommend Mas de la Chapelle as your next holiday home!

Wonderful stay in French Country House
We spent a lovely week at this charming house in July - a mix of family and friends, with a range of children from 1 year - 12 years. We were met by Carole, the property manager, who was very gracious, and showed us around the home, and was in prompt contact throughout the week. The house is beautiful and well restored, and you can tell that it is well loved and cared for by the owners. It is tastefully decorated, and there is plenty of space to hang out inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a bbq to use. The outdoor area is small but lovely, with a terrace, covered outdoor eating area, and heated pool that we made much use of. In general we were all very comfortable, and loved the area, with a boulangerie close by for morning runs of bread and croissants (they also sell some nice local wine!). The road to Uzes is direct, about 15 minutes drive, and the town and market should not be missed. We also took trips to the beach and Arles, and the Pont du Gard, There are also wineries in the area to explore. The house does not have AC, but there are fans in each bedroom, and it was not a problem except on the hottest day. Also note in summer there are mosquitoes, so bring bug repellent and use coils or candles outside. We loved our stay, and recommend the home with no reservations.

Beautiful house in a lovely area
We had a lovely 9 days at Mas la Chapelle. The house is beautifully furnished and appointed, and extremely comfortable. We also made good use of the outside areas - breakfast and aperitifs on the terrace immediately outside the house, and barbecues in the shaded terrace by the pool. Lots to do in the immediate area - Uzes is a delight. Would highly recommend!

5 Stars - Will Definitely Return!
A group of friends and I just spent a week at Mas de la Chapelle - I can honestly say it couldn't have been better! The house is spacious and feels like a home away from home. The place is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the outside area is perfect and beautiful (look at the photos!). We spent almost all of our time outside by the pool, and in the evening the large outside table is also great for outdoor dinners (BBQ included!). Bikes are provided so we made good use of them to explore the surrounding countryside and for easy trips to the nearby bakery in the morning. Location-wise there is a bakery very close (walk or bike in about 5 minutes), and the picturesque town is also close for an easy evening or day trip. We'll definitely be coming back next year!
