« The property was fine overall, but unfortunately it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. We stayed for three nights and found it inconvenient that there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels to dry. The check-in process was confusing: even though I had completed all the required steps, I kept receiving messages saying I had not finalised the “bond”, and I had to call them several times to resolve it.
