« Check in was quick and efficient but I had to wait five minutes for a staff member to attend the desk on check out. The room was very nicely appointed, lean and comfortable. It was handy having a restaurant on site although there was nothing particularly exciting about the menu. Breakfast options are very limited as the restaurant was not open and supplies to the room are pre-packed. The gym is small with limited equipment, but very adequate. Location is great. »

« It was ok, room door faced a service station opposite which felt a little exposed, bed was comfortable, bedding clean but the bathroom was so run down and in need of a refresh that I didn’t want to use the shower as the base looked grotty. Don’t believe the pictures online! »

« De passage pour aller sur Canberra, nous avons séjourné un nuit. Les bungalows très propres offrent tout le confort souhaité. Une laverie, très propre est à disposition des clients. La vue sur le lac est superbe, tout était très calme car il y avait peu de monde sur le site, mais les bungalows étant très rapprochés les un des autres, cela doit être différent en période de vacances scolaires. »

« On 24 Dec 2025, I asked expedia if the booking can be updated to 3rd Jan checkin instead of 2nd Jan. Expedia contacted the property and emailed me saying it can't be done. However, when I reached the property on 2nd Jan, I was told that they updates the booking to 3rd Jan and no room avble »
