The house was perfect for our group of 10 with plenty of space and was everything expected from the advertisement . Any questions I had were answered right away by our host and overall had an excellent vacation .

American Heritage was everything and more! Beautiful cabin and a great location. Saw some bears, but they’re used to people and kept to themselves. Will be coming back asap!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin! It has a rustic modern feel and perfect place to relax. It was clean and Jess was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean cabin that supplies towels for the bathrooms and the hot tub. Has TVs in every bedroom and two balconies. The host is easy to communicate with and the location is close to the downtown area, a grocery store and also the trolley pick up. They supply a dog bed and a food and water bowl. I would totally recommend this cabin.

The cabin was just as it's shown on Vrbo. There was plenty of room for everyone (we had a party of 6). I fell in love with the kitchen! There was plenty of cookware, dishes, and extras that was nice to have. We travel to Pigeon forge/Gatlinburg often and would stay here again on a future visit.

Wonderful cabin! We felt nestled away in the mountains but close to all the conveniences and attractions of Gatlinburg! My boys loved the hot tub and game/media room. We would definitely return!

We loved our visit to American Heritage. The location is perfect- it's close to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the roads there aren't the crazy mountain roads we've experienced with other cabins (but you still get the views and mountain vibes). The cabin is beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed for a week in town. Jess is very communicative and responsive, which was a great experience. Our family of four had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the cabin. We miss it already!

Friends weekend in Gatlinburg

The house was very comfortable and in a great location near Gatlinburg. It was easy to get to nearby attractions. Definitely will consider staying here again.

We had a great stay! The cabin was super clean and comfortable. Great for families and is super close to Rocky Top Sports, for those who are looking for something near to that, and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We would absolutely book again,

Christmas in the Smokies

Beautiful cabin. Had everything needed to vacation there. Enjoyed the view. Host was very personable and was great to deal with. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Perfect Stay

Perfect property and perfect stay. Can't say enough about the location - easy to find and easy to get up and down the hill and close to hikes and the main strip. The cabin was gorgeous and spotless. One the of the best spots I've experienced - no one wanted to leave. :-)

Beautiful house!

This house is beautiful! I stayed here with my husband and three children, and we all loved it. The pictures don't do it justice. The host was very communicative and helpful. It's very close to the Gatlinburg main area. We loved eating at The Little Pancake House in the mornings. I highly recommend visiting Gatlinburg and staying here.

Amazing!!!!!

First off the Host is just awesome. She made sure the home have everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. She is quick in responding to our questions and even gave us some ideas on fun things to do. The home is awesome!!!!!!! Will definitely be going back to Gatlinburg!!!!!!!! Such a great fun town for all ages. Wish I could have stayed longer. Very sad leaving and the family can’t wait to return.

So sweet

We loved this cabin. There were a few minor things they needed “fixed”. Jess had those taken care of within the hour I messaged her. It was cozy yet updated. We were so happy. Our kids loved it. If you’re between this cabin and another, pick this one.

Definitely recommend

We loved everything about the cabin. It’s really nice and the games were awesome. Beds were super comfortable. Porches were awesome. Gatlinburg pizza place up the road even delivers here! It’s only ten mins from the Gatlinburg strip and about 20 from pigeon forge. We even visited the pool and playground around the corner on site. Would definitely stay here again. The host is great, checks on you and makes sure you have everything you need. If you’re looking for a nice family cabin, this is the one! ❤️

Nice and remodeled

Our stay was pleasant and the cabin had all new furniture and appliances. Living area and kitchen had all you would need and more! Loved all the extra blankets. Bathroom sinks are small and there is no counter space to get ready. My only suggestion is to provide better sheets, they were a bit thin. We were able to see bears come past our cabin and we were very close to everything. I wish the cabin was a bit more secluded. It is located in a tight cabin subdivision. So you felt on top of your neighbors. Overall the cabin fit our needs amd oir group had a fantastic time!

Picture Perfect

The property was just as listed. Very clean! Bedrooms were nice and roomy with a bathroom for each! Loft area was great for hanging out and playing games. Kitchen had all the was needed. Hot tub was nice, but it does look onto the front porch of the cabin behind it. The owner does have curtains on the back screened in porch that provide a little more privacy but not completely as this cabin is located in a resort location. Easy access for winter if the weather gets bad. Overall great cabin and we would stay again. This was not our first selection to stay but the host had emergency repairs come up at their other cabin we chose and they graciously offered this cabin so we wouldn’t have to cancel or find another cabin 2 weeks out from our trip. I tell this to say the host is GREAT! Always got back when messages were sent and reached out and communicated prior to our trip.

Cozy cabin with extra amenities

This cabin did not disappoint! The pictures do not do it justice. Every space is maximized. The decor is so cute amd it made the space feel like home. Jess was an amazing host. She responded quickly with any questions we had. This cabin has all you would need in a home away from home. There were so many little touches that make this cabin the best we've stayed in. The mattresses were plush and comfy. The sheets and blankets were soft and not regular scratchy cabin linens. The towels were fluffy. There was real liquid hand soap! There is a Keurig machine and Jess left Kcups, tea, cream and sugar. There were plenty of trash bags and dish soap. Even the kitchen towels were fluffy and soft microfiber! I can't say enough good things here. We will definitely book this cabin again.

Terrible experience

I would almost bet these other reviews were staged just like the photos on this cabin. There’s no way to park 3 cars at this cabin. You are right on top of the other cabins. The deck is extremely small and has a large metal garbage bin which is literally 3 - 4 inches away from the grill (cropped out of the photos). I guess it could be used as an additional table lol. The cabin owner did not consider small children when selecting the decking furniture. The chairs are like barstools, would be very easy for a child to fall over the railing! The stairs are very steep going to the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Would not recommend for small children, older people or anyone handicapped. (this was not made clear when we booked). The view is terrible... (blocked by trees..if no trees then you would see the cabins off the hill.) This cabin owner will email you through out your entire stay .. and if you don’t check emails while on vacation like me ... she will begin to text you .. I was contacted about 15 times before I finally told her to stop harassing me so I could enjoy my children. My family and I have vacationed in Tennessee for over 30 years. This was the worst experience ever and also the first bad review I have ever given!!! Will never wait last minute to book again.

Beautiful Cabin

We stayed here earlier this month for a family vacation. The cabin is beautiful, exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and clean. The amenities that were provided far exceeded my expectations, especially what was supplied in the kitchen. Jess was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was very helpful and responsive to any question I had while we were there and even before we booked our stay. The cabin location is great, approximately 10 minutes to Gatlinburg and 20 to Pigeon Forge. We can't wait to book our next vacation and stay here again!

BEST family time EVER!

What a wonder place to make memories! Having a nice pool so close was perfect for younger kids 3-7 yrs old. Sweet family time, fun playing the Arcade games. Lovely place!
