We had a great stay! Communication before and during our stay with the host was great. Cabin was tidy and smelled very clean upon entering. Furniture was quite comfortable and had enough space for our family of 5 in the living room and dining/kitchen areas. Our kids loved the room with bunk beds, play tent and video game. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the peacefulness and quiet out there to start our days and after long days of hikes and activities! It feels so remote but is not far at all from all the Gatlinburg fun. We never saw a bear near the cabin like the kids were hoping for, but we did hear coyotes and the neighboring rooster quite often!

Loved it! Hot tub was great! We also used babyquip which was Amazing. My son slept great in the crib and sleep improved everyone’s vacation. We had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed we didn’t see any bears but that has nothing to do with the property! We would absolutely stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin this past week. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Our kids loved the upstairs with the bunk beds and adjoining rooms and of course the hot tub. It was close to downtown, the grocery store, and several attractions. We kept busy all day and enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin to relax at night.

We loved staying at the cabin as my kids would say! Check-in was easy once I really read the directions lol. We loved the location and it was close to lots of things. We even saw two bears right outside the windows in the kitchen during our stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

Great location and good for families. The cabin is about 15 mins from pigeon forge and less than 10 mins to Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and just the right amount of space for 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 grandparents. We also saw a bear just a few feet from the front door! The property management folks were super responsive and helpful! They went above and beyond.

Perfect family cabin

Really enjoyed staying here. Very close to Gatlinburg but still quiet and peaceful. We were in a car accident the week before our stay and then i really hurt my shoulder so the hot tub was literally what i needed after a long day. The master bed was super comfortable. My kids loved having their own rooms and with a bathroom of their own. My favorite thing was was relaxing in the living room at the end of the day. It was very cozy and relaxing. Plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and cups and having a high chair was perfect. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed here during a basketball tournament. The. Location was pure perfection, not too far up but away from the busy tourist areas. The home was clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

Cabin not far from town

We really enjoyed our stay and rhe shape the property is in. Plenry of utensils, plates and glasses for all. The cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great for getting downtown and over to pigeon forge quickly. The only real down sides were the shower downstairs was very small with nowhere to place soap or shampoo. And not the fault of the owner and if you are a morning person this shouldn't bother you but there is a property down the way that has a rooster who loves 5 to 530am...lol. Not a deal breaker but definitely woke us up every day. All in all we would definitely stay again and enjoyed our vacation very much.

This was a great place to stay! The cabin was beautiful, clean and in a great location. My only complaint would be that the towels are extremely small and thin. I would suggest bringing your own hot tub towels if possible as not many are provided.

Perfect home away from home

Highly recommend for a perfect mix of smoky mountain seclusion and town of Gatlinburg fun. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5-10minute drive. This also made it more cost effective to go out and do an activity and stop back “home” for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the bunk beds and arcade. We had a few rainy days so the variety of streaming channels came in handy. Highly recommend and kids are already asking when we can go back.

Cute cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg

We recently stayed with our young family. Everything was very clean and in good working order--very thankful for that! They had plenty of bed linens available, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook and the primary bed was so comfortable! It's a quick, easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg and there's a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Great Place

The other reviews are accurate. Easy access close to downtown. No crazy roads. My son loved the kids room and video games. Also had plenty of room to play when we were in the cabin. The roosters are there but not a problem. Hot tub was great. Hosts were responsive to any issues we had during our stay.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing time and this place did not disappoint. Close to town but still allowed you to feel secluded. This was our second trip here and we tried staying closer to town and glad we did. Was able to get down and into places easily and still saw bears daily- one was right on the embankment when my daughter walked outside and one we saw police escorting it down the road! Recommend this place for your next getaway!

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Happy Days!! The location could not have been more convenient. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and myself stayed. The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us. We stayed at Happy Days for 8 nights. The only thing we found lacking were the towels. There was one small bath towel and one wash cloth per person so there was not a cloth to wash your face and a separate cloth to bathe with. We did end up going to Walmart and purchasing towels. I say this to say bring towels and wash cloths from home. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. The host, Justin, was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We all agreed that we would not have a problem renting this house again should we go back to Gatlinburg in the future.

Perfect Mountain Vacation

My family and I had a five night stay at this cabin. It was wonderful. The cabin was clean and it was a very spacious for a family of four. My little ones (2 and 4) absolutely loved the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds. The location of the cabin was wonderful. Very close to all of the attractions and no scary mountain drive which is a huge plus for me! The cabin was also private and there were no close neighbors. The balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the owner was great. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience all around. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome location and hot tub!

Justin is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean including the hot tub. Great place and listing is accurate. My only suggestion is they need new kitchen skillets and a few pots and pans.

Amazing vacation

Was a very clean cabin. Easy to get to the cabin. Very homey feeling. Still close to the attractions but enough to feel like you are still in the mountains. Hot was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only recommendation is bring some spare towels for the hot tub.
