This was our third time staying at this property. The first time was 10-12 years ago and the second time was 6-7 years ago. I searched specifically for this property. It was hard to find as the decor had changed so much. We loved it the first time we stayed. It has a charm about it. I wasn’t certain that it would still have the same charm but I was pleasantly surprised. The remodel is perfect. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was 18 but we do plan on returning. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Cozy cabin, beautifully decorated with incredible views. We loved our time here. Close proximity to Ober Mountain, views for miles and very tastefully decorated. It felt like home away from away.

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of towels — which is always a nice touch with 3 boys! The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy and well cared for. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable (we didn’t want to get out), the home was beautifully decorated and the view from the top level was everything! I went out every morning to pray/meditate and take in beauty of the mountains. Make sure that you lock your doors, we did have a bear open all 4 of ours and leave one open!!! Overall we enjoyed ourselves!!!

Grab this one!! The reviews of this property are spot on! The owners do everything possible to ensure your experience is a great one. Seriously, there’s a full small spice rack, salt/pepper, oil, cooking sprays, sugar, and every kitchen appliance and cookware needed except for a hot air fryer (but we never use one so we didn’t miss it at all). There’s a coffee nook with a combo Keurig/coffee carafe, extra coffee, tea, sweetener, mugs, and thermal mugs. Then there’s the views!!! The pictures never do it justice. The property is 3500 ft above sea level, but the drive is not bad at all…2 lane paved the whole way. 2 levels of extra large balconies with multiple seating areas, tables with chairs, the gorgeous hot tub, and nice patio lighting for the dark nights; all with a view of some kind. Inside is just like the pics, master bed was comfortable, water pressure is great, and the reading/kids/relaxation nook is a nice touch. I also saw a pack-n-play in a closet. Oh, and they supply laundry soap, dish detergent, and both showers have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Thank you to the hosts for a fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay. We loved it so much last summer that we didn’t even consider booking somewhere else. The house is spotless and there are multiple spots to relax. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Would highly recommend!

House was very clean and everything needed for an enjoyable stay was included! Our teens loved the hot tub! Views from the resort area were incredible and we saw bear right outside our door multiple days! Was a quick ride down the mountain into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit the Smoky Mountains!

Stunning, spotless and just perfect

Number one to me at every VRBO is the cleanliness, from the moment I walked in everything was spotless. Usually, I can find something and there was nothing to complain about. I've stayed at many VRBO's and this one was top-notch. The owners have thought of everything, in my opinion. The check in process was easy. All the extras they help you with, the communication was amazing, even my seven-year-old said, mommy whoever has this house just thought of it all! She said they even made sure us kids would never get bored and they didn't. There were so many games that they could play and the games were in great shape. The games were not falling apart or missing pieces, the beds were comfortable we all slept amazing. At so many other places there's a remote that doesn't work or there's something that they've put in the listing and then you get there and are really excited about it and it doesn't work. this did not happen here. Everything worked. Everything had batteries every TV had a remote everything had directions if we needed them like I said this chalet was perfect and I could go on and on. you are at the top of the mountain, so be prepared. Do not leave trash outside. You will see bears, but this vacation was one my girls and I will never forget, not only because of the things we did, but because of this beautiful chalet and the owners that have made it such a beautiful property and so well-maintained so well taken care of so clean. Thank you guys for sharing your home!

The house was great. Everything we needed was provided, lots of extras too : coffee, tea, creamer , hot chocolate. shampoo, soaps, trash bags. The view was awesome from the deck. The hot tub was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, extra blankets were provided. The kids loved the bed in the little nook. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect! Clean, spacious and super cozy! TVs everywhere, games, jacuzzi was awesome...literally the house wasnt missing a thing. Great Trip

We had a great time. We have stayed at Panoramic Point before and love the location (can’t beat the very top of the mountain). The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of room and the outdoor area was very nice. We had snow 2 days of our 3 day trip and it was amazing. It was hard to get my husband to leave. Will definitely stay here again.

The perfect mountain getaway

My family stayed here for a few days during the holiday season and loved the property. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with everything we needed (towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc), spacious, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Fireplaces and ceiling fans in almost every room are a bonus. Furniture and beds were in great condition and very comfortable. We will definitely book this property again.

Best home away from home!

This trip is always something we look forward to every year and Kent does a great job with communication, providing information, and making sure the rental is always clean and ready to enjoy! We love this property, the hot tub is great after a long day of exploring! The beds are so comfortable, you wake up to beautiful scenery as you step out your bedroom doors to the deck! It’s nearby everything you will want to include on your trip! We definitely recommend this property, definitely stress the great job with correspondence, and we will see you next year AboveItAll!
