Quiet mountain for big family

Location close to atrractions & groceries.Great mountain view & quiet. Occasional bear visitor but we stayed aware and he didn’t come onto this property.

Perfect for a multi family vacation.

The location was perfect if you want to visit Dollywood, Ober Mountain, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. It’s perfect for kids and adults. The beds are comfortable and it’s very clean. We even saw a bear. Great views. The host responded quickly to my questions. We would stay there again.

Gorgeous and clean!

I stayed at this property with 10 other friends for an annual trip we take. It was perfectly clean!! One of the cleanest properties i’ve ever stayed in! The location is in a great spot for downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The view of the mountains was a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay from booking through check-out, and everything in between. The owner is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with, and was super accommodating with a last minute extension to our original booking. The house is PERFECT. Space for our entire extended friends and family group, comfortable, clean, and a well appointed kitchen that we used daily. Location is gorgeous, prettier than the pictures. It was a terrific vacation, and we would absolutely stay again.

Our group really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We saw more bears and wildlife than we ever have coming to the area. The cabin is beautiful, and nicely stocked with needed kitchen items. We had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner sent someone out to work on it and got it to work. The theatre room was nice and was one of the reasons we wanted to rent this cabin. We were told we could bring DVD's or Stream movies. There was no DVD player there and the wi-fi signal was too weak in that part of the cabin to stream. So, we didn't get to enjoy it like we had hoped. Other than those couple of issues, it is a very nice place to stay.

Great private stay close still close to attractions

Very impressive and entertaining property. Our guests loved the theatre room and the hot tub. The kitchen/living room/shared spaces are comfortable and appealing. There’s enough to do on the property for it to be a mountain getaway, but it’s also a few minutes drive to the full on Gatlinburg tourist experience. Do head the bear warnings. They are present and active in the area and they will go after even the smallest availability to food. There are also quite a few stairs between the levels of the house, so if that’s an issue, it may not be the best fit. I personally most enjoyed the peace and quiet and how private my area was. Our other guests enjoyed the luxuries of the properties or the proximity to the neighboring attractions or all of the above. Whatever you’re looking for in your Gatlinburg experience, I imagine you will find it here.

The property was beyond beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice at all. As I walked through this huge property, I had surprise after surprise at the beauty and the amazing decoration inside. The movie theater was amazing. I have never experienced anything like ie. Beautiful view of the mountains and a perfect location to just sit outside and watch the sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend this property if you are heading to the smoky mountains

Great stay with beautiful views

We had an excellent time at this property. It was perfect for our group of 6 kids ranging in ages from 5-13 and 7 adults. There was plenty of room and lots to do. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom. The lower level was great with a game room and theatre room. The kids could be loud and play down there without the noise bothering the rest of the house. It is a lot of stairs, but they are totally worth it for the views of the mountain. The outdoor patio was spacious and relaxing. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. We have no complaints and hope to be able to visit again sometime.

Great place, great location at a great price

I spoke with the host, Justin and Kari, and they were always quick to respond to my questions in comments. The amenities were great, everything was clean, and the check in process was seamless and simple. My youth group wants to go back again already.

Great location, great views, ok house

Overall the property served its purpose - our family Christmas. The theatre room was really cool, but the rest of the house was in rough shape, you could tell it was a rental property. Lots of little things (that didn’t inhibit our stay) were broken, hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while or just didn’t work. It was less expensive than some other properties near by and we could see why after our stay. The property management is very responsive and they were quick to fix a leak when we had that problem.

Great stay in Tennessee!

Our cabin was beautiful, spacious, and located near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which gave us easier opportunities for restaurants & other activities. Our visit was short & very cold, or we would have gone hiking too. The listing was pretty spot on and the hosts were very responsive!
