Our stay was extremely disappointing. While the location of the home was great and the house itself was charming, several major issues significantly impacted our experience.For the first part of our stay, the heat, hot tub, and fireplace did not work. We notified the owner, and although someone was sent out, it took two visits over two days to resolve everything. In the meantime, our family was freezing during the first few nights, and we were unable to use the amenities that influenced our decision to book this property.The basement remained cold for the entire stay, and the door meant to secure the hot tub from the outside area did not close or let alone lock properly. The dining room was unusable, as it was furnished with barstools at a standard height table. This made it impossible to sit and eat at the table.There were several inconsistencies and oversights throughout the home. The instructions for a gas grill posted on the refrigerator were irrelevant, as the grill is actually charcoal. There is also a label in the kitchen for a garbage disposal, but no disposal exists.The kitchen was very poorly stocked for a home that accommodates large groups, only four forks and four spoons were provided. The cookware appeared to be secondhand and in poor condition, with nonstick surfaces chipping. Many of the utensils were also worn, and there were no potholders or safe way to handle hot items from the oven.We typically enjoy staying in Vrbo properties because they feel
