The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. « We LOVED Hotel Indigo in Downtown Gatlinburg! Great location at the end of the strip which help us get some great steps in, easy walk to strip - Anakeesta, Ole Red, Gatlinburg Brewing Co. all nearby by! Great Smokey Mountain views from balcony room! We loved the coffee shop, Altitude Rooftop Bar, rooftop patio offers great views and chill vibe. We did not use pool area but hotel offers so many great amenities! Newer hotel, very clean and rooms were exceptionally nice! We'd definitely stay there...

« Beautiful with lots of positives, Needs some fine-tuning for a more positive guest experience. 1st, we really enjoyed this place. It’s a refreshing gem unlike anywhere else we’ve been in Gatlinburg.very peaceful setting.lodge rooms are refined rustic & quite roomy and well thought out. our room and grounds were very clean and tidy. parking easy. Did not try the breakfast as it was a very slim continental bkfst. with nothing to accommodate for food allergies so we had great breakfasts elsewhere...
