We would use VRBO again; however, some management issues need to be address, overall cabin was niceno information in cabin, received no door code or check out information or how to connect to Wi-FI had to call for door code, noisy neighbors that party all night both nights (don't know if there's security to call)

We had a great stay

Our stay with 6 adults and 4 children was great. Home was clean and everything worked as advertised. However we did have difficulty locating the home because the sign on the street with the 3 house numbers that share the same driveway was obscured by a juniper bush. The sign needs to be raised on a post a foot or two higher. Location close to Gatlinburg was ideal. We also experienced loud talkers on the deck until midnight one night.

Wi-fi never worked

We were excited about using the theater room. Unfortunately the internet-wifi never worked while we were there. The cabins are close together. One night, the cabin behind us had a party until after 2am. Could hear everything. There was one pot for cooking. You have to run the dishwasher at least one time a day to have enough dishes/utensils. Beds are very squeaky, especially the bunk bed, so the kids were constantly waking up because of it. The hot tub water had not been cleaned prior to us staying there. The cabin was clean (except the hot tub) and updated though. Unfortunately the things that I listed would prevent us from staying there again.

Beautiful House and Location

Our family loved the house, location and the view of the Smokey Mountains. Grandsons loved the game room. We were in awe of a bear roaming right outside the house one afternoon. While the house is newer with nice amenities, it is lacking in kitchen utensils and tools. There weren't enough forks for our family of 8 to make it through one day without having to wash them, and kitchen tools were scarce to do any amount of cooking. Even though every rental pays for cleaning, there was mold at the kitchen sink and bathroom tile grout was dirty on both shower walls and floor.

Great spring break for our families.

The property was great and just as described. The only negative was the first night there were some drunk guests nearby that were yelling and setting off car alarms into the wee hours of the night.My 8-year-old granddaughter said it wasn't just amazing or fantastic but that it was amazingly fantastic!

Family memories made

A wonderful cabin for our family trip! Great location, easy and convenient to things, awesome game room on top floor (so fun!) with bunk beds and movie room, nice decor, clean and uncluttered, beautiful views, games provided, working hot tub kitchen well supplied. We loved the “fireplace” in the bedrooms! So cozy. We saw a mama bear with 3 cubs everyday! Cons: no water dispenser in fridge (must drink from sink faucet), no coat hooks upon entry (there is plenty of space on the wall for hooks, I would add some, we had 7 jackets we had to lay on dining room table), maybe add a side table for setting drinks on main level balcony, and add a few extra blankets for cold nights (it said they were in closets but we only found 2). The towels were clean but did have some prior stains. (The house was very clean!) Those are my suggestions but nothing that was a big deal at all. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!!

Need more flatware; batteries for all remotes should be checked. Several didn't work. Fridge door needs shelves and downstairs toilet paper spool needs replacing. Loved the electric fireplaces, but had ti share remotes

Cozy and Fun

Great location with easy access to Gatlinburg. Quiet location. 3rd floor game room and movie theater were fun for all. Views were fantastic, especially from the 3rd floor. Saw bears from our balcony several times! Highly recommend.

We had a great family vacation I. The Gatlinburg area. On the day we left, a large black bear appeared on the porch! So, keep those doors shut, and one eye open. A great property with most everything we needed.

We used this for a family getaway and it was close enough to town to go in and enjoy the festivities, but go back home and enjoy our relaxation time together in a quiet spot. I highly recommend it!

Great cabin!

We had a wonderful time with two families. Property was convenient to everything and the game room and movie room were huge hits with the kids (and adults!) - the games were all in good shape overall, which can be hit or miss in rentals. Very clean property. Only had a few small issues and response was prompt on getting them sorted out quickly.

Property is nice, rooms are good and bathrooms are nice. Only complaint is linens didn’t smell fresh. I think they were clean, but were “stale” smelling. I think they had been on beds for awhile. One of the toilets runs constantly unless handle is jiggled. Washer really smells musty but worked fine

Tons of Fun in Gatlinburg

Our cabin was comfortable, game room for our 4 grandkids-ages 9-17, was super fun, fireplaces in each bedroom were very special not to mention warm, cabin location was convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. Only issue was a bedroom that the electricity would kick off, but we received a quick and friendly response from maintenance and turned the breaker back on. Also, the smoke detectors had been tampered with-having no batteries. Overall well supplied, comfortable and fun!
