Good location

The property is in a good location, close enough to town to walk, though the walk home is all up hill. The property says it is recently renovated, however, one of the bathtubs was rusted and had been painted and the paint was peeling. The floor of the unit was not level. No dishwasher. The washer and dryer were on site, but not in unit and you needed change to operate them. Where to get into the building was confusing and we had a hard time finding our unit. None of these things are dealbreakers, but better communication from the property manager would be helpful. The pool was inside which was nice. Overall it was a positive experience and good location.

Don’t do it!!!

Better directions are needed since there are multiple buildings in the same area. Look for the old l, dirty, white one. Bathroom- clumps of dried toilet paper and boogers all over the bathroom door, mold all over and the exhaust fan doesn’t work. The towels smelled like they had been sitting in the washer for days. Bedroom- hair ALL OVER THE SHEETS! We slept on top of the coverings and bought blankets from Walmart ourselves. Bring pillows because you are only allowed one and it’s flat and lifeless. I wore my shoes the entire time because there was food and hair all over the place that was not ours. We would not eat there. Nothing was clean. Outdoor seating-you have to sit on metal chairs that are small, hard and greasy feeling. They worked great for propping the door open to get more light. Pool- It was so cloudy and I never saw anyone cleaning it. It was LOUD and hot in the pool room. I had to stand outside the window and watch my son because I couldn’t hear myself think! We called several times and I text the owners. The owners never responded. The property manager wanted to reclean it which was great, however calling us at noon and asking in the middle of the day is not the best while people are vacationing! The foyer light flickered the entire time, our sheets and condo were never cleaned and most outlets didn’t work. There were 2 girls that contacted me, one through text and the other via VRBO email. Both conversations went unheard.

The place was nice but we will not stay here again.

Not as nice as the pics. Kitchen was not equipped enough. Master bed was too soft. Many better places in town.

Condo is hard to find, harder to access. One old, slow elevator with many people trying to use it at one time. Loading area has room for two cars with six or seven cars waiting. Condo is up a steep hill. I do not recommend for elderly or those with mobility impairments. The parking lot has a sign that says "Permit Only" but no instructions where to get said permit. Condo was clean. The bed in the back room makes a loud crunching noise with every move you make but the a/c worked well. We couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed. Kitchen was as pictured. With all considered, we loved Gatlinburg and it was sufficient.

Nice view when you walk out the front door as it immediately looks out on the woods that are at the base of the mountain where Anakeesta is. The condo is small when you have the sofa bed in use. There are 2 bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. This is great but if you have 6 people and are using the sofa bed, whoever is on the sofa bed will have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Me and my daughter stayed here and the condo was really clean The condo was as the pictures provided. Everything was really close. It was just amazing. I loved it.

Condo is as described. The photos are accurate. 10 minute walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg, so there was no need to pay for parking. Communication was good as host contacted me daily to see how things were going. My only complaint, or suggestion, would be the beds. The matresses on both beds and the pull out sofa were not comfortable. I could literally feel the springs in the matresses when I laid on them. If this could be remedied, the place would be great.

We had a very nice stay. The property is positioned in a very convenient loaction. The property management was very responsive and helpful. I was displeased by one of the bathrooms. There was rust found in the bathtub and all around the bathroom. My family found this to be gross and made the stay very uncomfortable. Please update the bathrooms.
