« Saw black bears wandering by mountain stream out my window! Great breakfast and lots to do on site. Nice pool/lazy river too. Grab the free trolley a short walk from front door to all the shops and restaurants. Great location and will go back! »

« My son and I go every January for mom/son trip. We always stay with a fireplace since we don’t have one in FL. Very cheap and staff is nice!! »

« Unsafe. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. I alerted the front desk. She rolled her eyes at me and said well there wasn’t anyone staying in the adjoining room. »

« Facility was clean; friendly and helpful staff; very nice indoor water park area with small pool area attached; need to bring your own towels to the pool area; be sure to know the code to get into pool area - it is not key access - code only; location was wonderful - close to downtown gatlinburg; walking distance; good and available parking; breakfast was great, fresh food; fresh coffee available 24 hours; will definitely stay again »
