We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars!“

„The house was clean and pleasant; the beds were comfortable; the AC worked well, and there was coffee and filters in the cabinet for the coffeemaker. The house was an easy drive to most of the local New River attractions and restaurants. The shower head was even adjustable between a wide and concentrated spray. “

„Very clean place that had everything you needed for a week’s getaway. No issues whatsoever and easy to contact property owner if needed. “

„We had a great time. The property was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the deer. Only thing that would make it better would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and maybe so pillows on the couch . But everything else was perfect. Hope to rent again in future. „This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there. The kitchen cupboards were full, yet I couldn't find a matching lid for the big pot, nor was there a ladle. „We LOVED our stay at the Shady Lady on Brownstone Ridge! The cabin was so clean and adorably decorated!! Best of all, the beds were super comfy. :) It was also very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking dinner after a day on the lake. As always, we LOVE Summersville and all of the friendly locals, especially at the Tractor Bar. Such a beautiful place to visit!! We can't wait to come back and stay there again.
