The heart of the property is the living room, featuring a seating area and air conditioning, which flows seamlessly into a fully-equipped kitchenette. From here, you step straight out onto the balcony, which offers a soothing view of the river. The en-suite bedroom with a double bed is a cosy place to rest at night. A modern washing machine in the bathroom will prove a practical convenience during your stay.

The surroundings of this modern building are perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. The apartment is situated right by the Motława River, making it ideal for relaxing walks along the charming, leafy riverbanks.
