The Space:

The living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation. It features a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for two people and a Smart TV with access to cable channels. The living area also includes a table that can serve as both a dining area and a workspace for a laptop.



The apartment opens onto a furnished balcony. It overlooks the internal courtyard and the surrounding development, creating a pleasant place for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.



The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils for preparing their own meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows. A wardrobe is also available, providing convenient storage space.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, mirror, toilet and washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
