The interior has been designed with attention to every detail — the combination of natural materials, pastel colors, and functional solutions creates a unique, cozy atmosphere for up to 4 adults.
The Space:
The spacious, air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed, an elegant armchair and a coffee table. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, allowing you to access your favourite streaming services.
The living room opens onto a sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the marina — the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The elegant kitchenette is decorated in a bright, modern style with marble accents. It is equipped with an oven with microwave function, dishwasher, hob and all the necessary utensils and accessories. The focal point is an island with bar stools, next to which there is a table with chairs — the perfect place for shared meals. For the convenience of guests, a welcome kit with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.
The cosy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. The wall is decorated with striking wallpaper featuring a beach view, which creates an atmosphere of calm and seaside relaxation.
The stylish bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a washbasin with a large mirror and a washing machine with a dryer function — ideal for longer stays. The bright finish and modern lighting add elegance and freshness to the interior. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

The apartment comes with an above-ground parking space.

Guests of the Grano Hotel (located in the same development) have access to a SPA & Wellness centre consisting of a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and SPA area. The cost of admission to the SPA area is PLN 100 for adults, PLN 50 for children aged 4-12 and free for children under 4 years of age. The Wellness area is charged according to the price list.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the seaside part of Gdańsk, right at the mouth of the Martwa Wisła River and only 500 metres from Sobieszewska Island. It is a unique area with the Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha nature reserves, where nature has retained its natural character. The proximity of the beach, which can be reached in a few minutes via a picturesque route through the forest, is conducive to relaxation. The Sol Marina development is perfectly connected to the centre of Gdańsk, only 14 km away, combining the tranquillity of nature with convenient access to city attractions.
