This hotel was set in a quiet environment, which was very nice, but it is essentially set up as a conference centre. The breakfast had a lot of options but none of them were very healthy - more like what you would find in a cheap chain hotel. I expected an ice view of greenery from our room, based on photos, but instead we had a view of parking. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved the hot outdoor spa. Breakfast was good but was missing some hot food like eggs. Clean room and bathroom. Snooker was good too. Would come back one day.

とてもモダンで美しい施設はインスピレーションに溢れていました。毎朝提供されるコンチネンタル朝食も素晴らしかった。普段朝方ではない私もこの朝食のためなら早起きしたいと思わせてくれるものだった! 一つ失望だったのは外からの騒音が激しくて夜中に何度も起きたことです。天井付近についているシャッター型の窓は騒音を十分に遮断することができないと思います。

Nice stay
Beautiful hotel and decorated in a nice style. The breakfast was incredible. I would stay here again if I ever visit Geelong again.

Thoroughly recommend Edenoak to any travellers looking for a superb setting and outstanding breakfast menu. Rooms were pleasant, clean and well appointed. Swimming pool and spa an added bonus. Relaxing lounges with a central bar and even a mezzanine area with pool table. If your travelling with children the park like setting lends itself to ball games.

Modern clean spacious good bedding. The downside is in the details: no light over the basin to shave by, a shower head with restricted flow, air gaps around the room door that let in noise outside, and early morning dog walkers with easy views in onto the bed.

Eden Oak felt like another world away, with a resort like feel. Friendly staff and guests, gorgeous pool and bar area, nice rooms. The outside is looking a bit tired but the insides are nicely refurbished and very comfortable. Facilities great, treats in the room fridge, excellent buffet breakfast and evening snacks and drinks available. We will be back!

공원 안에 자리한 연수원 느낌입니다. 자연 친화적인 분위기에 숙소가 깔끔하고 가격이 너무 합리적이라 좋았어요! 하루 더 묵고 싶을 정도로 떠나기 아쉬운 숙소입니다. 무엇보다 야외풀이 좋아 초등학생 딸이 제일 기억에 남는 수영장이였다고 하네요.

Great checkin process, continental breakfast being included was an unexpected surprise with heaps of delicious fresh choice. The mini bar snacks were also included. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were attentive, room was very clean. The outside of the facility needs a really good tidy up. They have a beautiful new kitchen that isn’t being used to it’s full potential unfortunately, perhaps this is a future plan, we would have ordered meals if there were more choice, the only thing on the evening bar snack menu I wanted was unavailable. We would stay here again for sure. It’s very quiet at night, couldn’t hear anything..

The natural setting was beautiful and friendly staff. Only criticism was the door access to the room upstairs, to room 312, we had to step around a small brick part of the driveway, which was difficult with our bags.

The room had a broken bin and toilet brush. Minor inconvenience. The windows around the hotel could do with a clean & remove spiderwebs. Overall our stay was great again! We have stayed previously.

We absolutely loved it at Eden Oak. The kids had so much fun in the pool and the whole place was amazing. The breakfast in the Moring was delicious!! We are excited to be going back. highly rate it.

Conference centre feel
This distinctive hotel leans towards a conference center ambiance. The breakfast offerings were simple, lacking healthier options, and the coffee fell short. Navigating the numerous stairs in this maze-like establishment proved challenging, especially with the absence of an elevator.

Nice place but details in the room need attention
We really liked Eden Oak on the whole, especially the lovely breakfast, but there were just a bunch of small things wrong with/in our room that added up to be an unfortunate coincidence of issues: 1) The shower head was broken so we had to tie it up with a face cloth to have showers, otherwise it fell down. 2) The window wouldn't shut all the way so a breeze was constant through the room which pushed the blinds off the track. Also, the fly screen was broken which wouldn't have been an issue if the window could shut all the way. 3) The TV signal was poor, so it was breaking up and pixilated on most channels 4) There was a fresh stain on the bedspread when we unfolded it, so I assume it hadn't been washed after the previous guests 5) The drain in the bathroom sink was blocked so the basin filled up easily and took some time to drain when left. 6) The foot pedal for the bin was broken. 7) There was rubbish (empty beer cans) outside our window in the garden strip, that probably couldn't be seen from the path, but can be seen from the room. None of these things are a big deal on their own, but because there were so many little things, it just seemed an unfortunate coincidence for us that all of things little issues were present all at once in the one room. I would still recommend the hotel and would still stay here again, because there were a lot of positives, but I still think it's worth giving this feedback so they can improve for future guests.

Adequate but just
The pool area is the highlight of this property & is a lovely spot. The actual hotel - whilst okay - is super dated. The outside looks terrible and needs a complete coat of paint - the inside is super dated - think 90’s conferencing decor. For the cost of this hotel - it was a just. The staff were friendly - but hard to find. The listing made this sound like an oasis but it was really a sub standard 80’s facility that was over priced. The room Was nice enough - but no railing to hang towels, air con was leaking in room when we arrived and again, it was all abit outdated for the price. It was adequate but just. If it wasn’t for the pool area we would have been very disappointed- and we stayed in one of your biggest suites

Really great hotel, nice and clean inside with modern facilities. Included breakfast was pretty tasty as well, range of things like croissants, yoghurt with granola, waffles, even some pre-made toasties (which you then toast yourself). Will very likely be coming back if we travel to Geelong again!

It's in a very quite and nice location in the middle of a very large garden area close to the city. Breakfast which was included was surprisingly good - although the coffee leaves a little to be desired.

Great clean accommodation and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the walls between rooms seem to be very thin which causes sleep disruptions when other patrons are speaking/making noises. Add better insultation between walls and this place would be 5 star!
