Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. « Quaint and characterful. Did not have facilities as described (ie no functioning wifi and brig your own coffee) the word "boutique" is doing a lot of heavy lifting but its cute, cosy and the birds that visit are wonderful. Must like owls! »

« Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc. There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

« Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere »

« If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option. »
