« The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. « Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated. »

« I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. « The room was dirty. I had a dead spider in my bed. The floor was sticky with boot prints. ( we were not wearing boots). The air was on 67 and could not be shut off or moved in temp.
