« This was my first stay at a VRBO. Check in was seamless. The condo was clean and met our needs. It was as advertised with a nice view of Lake Erie. We enjoyed watching waterfowl and a bald eagle from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Amenities as described. Quiet and would recommend »

« Another successful weekend with five friends. We have known each other over fifty years. The Condo met every need of ours. Close to the strip in Geneva on the Lake. Wineries were not to far from the condo. I give this place a A+. »

« We stayed here for our 44th wedding anniversary and had a great stay along with going to many of the wineries. Property was very nice and well appointed and equipped. It was very roomy for just the 2 of us and view of the lake is great. About the only negative we had was the main bed was too soft for me as I have back issues and woke up each day with a backache that took several hours to go away. Otherwise very nice unit. »

« Condo was beautiful with a great view! Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the listing says it’s an 11 am checkout but it’s actually 10am. We did call the property manager though and she extended our checkout to 11 am. »

« Great location, right on the lake, clean, quiet. Definitely recommend. Property mgr on site. She was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend grab bars in the showers. Not safe for seniors or handicapped. Minor issue was smoke alarm battery started beeping in middle of night. Had to climb up on chair to take battery out. A bit tough on ladies over 75. Maintenance fixed in morning. »

« We had a wonderful weekend! Property was great and it is close to everything. We got the BIG fries at the firehouse winery and samples of wine. We got Madison donuts twice. Had wine samples and wonderful desserts at the Lakeside INN restaurant. We ate at Bascule Bridge Grill and Fitzgeralds in Ashtabula »

« The property was well maintained and kitchen had a wide range of pots, pans and trays to enable home cooking. Views from apartment over Lake Erie make for a pleasant start and end to the day. Night time noise can build towards weekends, surprising since the quiet time is heavily stressed on booking the apartment and with signage in apartment block. »

« This place had plenty of room for our party of 7. Very spacious and decorated so nice. Only issue was ran out of hot water after 3rd shower. Make sure you space your showers apart if you come with a big group. Everything else was top notch! »

"Workout room" was out in the open, in the lobby. So we did not end up using it. But, that did not detract from our overall experience. Would definitely return and recommend. »

« My mom and I came from TN for a wedding in Madison. This place was a great place and just about 20 minutes from the wedding and family. There is a park across the road with great views of the lake. The house is clean and stocked with everything needed for a get away. The only downfalls were the stair case is steep so it might be difficult for some and the parking has signs but some are missing so parking might be tight during the busy season. Overall, great place and I would stay there again. »
