« Excellent staff at the reception they helped me with the mistake that was made either by me or the provider I used they said I must give the thumbs up to the manager What you did left me tongue tight Keep up the good spirit you gave us »

« The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent »

« I would NEVER ever commend this property because they Do Not honor the contract. When I arrived, I was told my room was already rented to someone else. I waited two hours for them to clean a room for me. The room was dank and cold. It was clean, but nothing to write home about. The staff did not honor the contract because I was supposed to have breakfast included. However, on the first day they told me they had run out of ingredients, the second day they told me I had to pay for it. I told them...

« was disappointed that we booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking one - struggled to sleep as the smell was lingering . apart from this it was a fine stay. »

« Hôtel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse. Calme et cadre agreable »

« When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. »

« This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool »
