Petite chambre mais bien équipée, moderne et très propre. Bon lit. Équipement de base pour le petit déjeuner. Micro ondes pour réchauffer des plats. A 5 km du centre ville mais au calme, justement.

ACCÈS DIRECT À LA MER
Avec accès direct à la plage, c'est assez rare. Par contre attention le wifi n'est gratuit que pour 24h qq soit la durée du séjour !!! Nous avons pris la chambre standard qui n'est pas très grande, mais bien fonctionnelle. Nous étions à l'entrée du camping (mobil unit) en zone non sécurisée cad accessible par des personnes extérieures. La chaîne de sécurité du camping se trouvait après ces mobil units et on nous conseillait fortement de toujours bien verrouiller et fermer rideaux et accès lors de nos absences. Supermarché IGA proche et Geraldton a 5mn en voiture.

We loved our stay in the beach chalets and sunset beach. It wasnt anything fancy but had everything we needed for an overnighter on our way home from up north. We fell asleep listening to the waves crashing. We will definitely be back again one day :)

Comfortable, cosy and clean room
Alot more modern than expected; better than most hotel rooms I've been in, the kitchenette area was great, and bathroom was spacious. Room size is on the smaller size and not much storage space (1 hanger provided). The only downside was the check in process, which was non-manned (even though we rushed to arrive before 4:30pm) and stressful as we were holding up the line trying to figure out self-check-in. No direction or indication on where to park so parked on the dirt under the tree. Accom appears to run on a self-service model so be prepared. Other than that, all else was excellent and would stay again now that we figured out the self-check-in process.

We stayed in a little cabin at the front of the park. We didn’t use any of the facilities but our cabin was very clean, fresh and new. The location is right on a lovely beach great for walking and swimming. Not far from town. I’d stay again - cabin a bit small for more than a night or two. Lovely park. Would recommend

Worst place I’ve stayed in on entire west coast of Australia - false advertising , room was a dog box , was advertised as a 2 bedroom yet was a tiny 1980,s old granny shack , with bunk beds in the hallway, had to rub bodies to get past each other . The reception lady was not helpful at all and lied to our faces , the lights didn’t work in the main room so had to cook with iPhone light . The floor was ripped cheap Lino . I am requesting a full refund for 2 nd night as we moved to another hotel , absolutely disgusting accomodation , do not stay here . Not happy at all

I had a really bad bug/ant problem in the bathroom and I said something to the cleaner and instead of her checking it out and sorting it - she gave me spray and a rag for me too sort it… I thought I was the guest…

Girl at check in was really good. Unit was poorly maintained and in need of reno or replacement and tiny. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom and hand basin drain almost completely blocked.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a business trip to Geraldton. Enjoyed the location being right next to the beach and the fact it was self contained. I would recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

When we saw Big 4 we thought this would be a safe and nice accommodation. This accommodation did not list ‘motel room’ until after we had booked it. It was outside of the Big 4 park and there were a lot of sketchy characters hanging around our door. One guy was smoking and drinking and knocking on windows. The room was small (not a big deal) but it was facing the beach with a tiny window on the back wall and when you looked through it there was barbed wire and beyond that was another person just hanging out there that I locked eyes with… the worst experience we have ever had. We stayed 2 hours and drove home 5 hours in the dark just to avoid staying here. It was meant to be a 1 night stop over after a beautiful holiday and we were uncomfortable and freaked out. I’m sure the park itself would be fine but this was outside of the park. We don’t normally leave bad reviews as we can always find the positives and let others know but this was unsafe and terrible.

Wonderful unit, bad smell on the Beach
The unit was amazing, but the smell from the beach was overpowering. I do not know whether it was rotting seaweeds or a nearby wastewater treatment plant, but it smelled like raw sewage. Inside the unit the smell was hardly noticeable and everything was great, nice and clean, roomy and well equipped.
