I had sprained my rigjt ankle before arriving to Ghana. They ensured that I was ok. The night crew called an uber for me to go to the airport this morning. »

« I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb. »

« Pour les vacances, ma conjointe et avons séjourné dans cet établissement sur la période du 15 au 26 décembre 2023. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement de 3 chambres. La décoration ztait parfaite et l'équipement est de qualité. Le personnel (surtout Eli) etait très disponible pour repondre à nos éventuels besoins. Le site est très calme. « It is serviced rooms rather than a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on site. Your can order drinks/food from reception, but they will get it from local restaurants. Rooms are clean, but room service did not come during my two-night stay. They are spacious but there only is a tiny window, and the air con is loud and drips on the bedroom floor. When the power goes down (several times during my stay), the air con does not restart when the power returns. Overall it's way overpriced, much...
