« Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

« We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. »

« We had an excellent stay - property is fantastic . Staff are very eager to help . The property is very close to the local train station - around 5 mins walk . « Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le dĂ©jeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service Ă©tait confus- l'anglais pas comprĂ©hensible de certains employĂ©s est-il responsable? J'ai dĂ» demander une tasse de thĂ© Ă  5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'Ă©tait la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prĂȘt...Or nous n'Ă©tions qu'une poignĂ©e de clients attablĂ©s. Le service WiFi Ă©tait pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  envoyer un seul message Ă  partir...

« We booked this hotel for its heritage and its connection to various historical figures. What we hadn't counted on was such a warm welcome. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. We honestly cannot wait to visit again. »

« The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response.
