Requested a quiet room and got room 101, closest to the highway. Noise kept me awake. Room needed maintenance....2 lights not working, refrigerator not plugged in, funky smell upon entry, no conditioner, or shampoo in shower.

First of all there was trash in our room when we got in there, a pop bottle and the floors still had dirt all over them from working men that stayed there before us. Then half of our electricity didn't work in the room and when told about these things they pretty much said oh well and they did nothing to correct the situation. Oh but wait! There's more! Not only was it the worst service I've ever seen in a hotel and they were hateful but they put my husband and I on their do not rent list!!! How does that even make sense? I was very discouraged with the property and the owners. They are very rude and unapproachable people. I do not recommend this property to anyone. It's dirty and their guest relations are lacking in several areas. If you have to stay here i say good luck to you because you are a brave one. I promise if you have any problems they will be made into your fault. Sad but also very true. Even ky dam motel is better than there and i know someone who caught scabies from that one! Smh it's a shame that they have to do people like that. It's almost like a disdain for Americans. I didn't quite understand why i was met with the rudeness and disrespect i was met with from the owners. Take my warning and don't stay there! Find somewhere else, anywhere else. Quality inn in draffenville is the best in the area in my opinion. But days inn in Calvert city has the sweetest staff so those choices are the better choice.

Ok for the money
No table or chairs. There was a a used towel laying on the floor when we arrived, front desk waived the dog fee which was nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Bed was relatively comfortable and room was big but the bathroom smelled strongly of mold. Only went in there when necessary. I'll go a day without a shower thank you very much... Baseboard was cracked and warped around the shower and shower itself has cracked caulk all over the seams. The walls were all chipped and dirty, generally felt poorly kept. Wouldn't stay again.

The website says breakfast is included. No breakfast was offered. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable; the owner was very friendly. If you stay here, be aware that there are no amenities other than a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom.

The hotel was nothing like what hotels.com advertised. No breakfast. Cracked shower walls, missing paint, cold rooms. Overall it did its job. Hot shower. Comfy beds.

Underwhelming
Tiny room but it was cheap. The blanlets barely covered the bed. Pillows were excellent. It wasn't the cleanest hotel (small stain on sheet, ant on towels, pee spots on toilet lid). No ice available but the fridge in the room got cold enough to keep some essential perishables frozen for the night. The unkeep of the room was poor like an inexperienced handyman tried his/her best but just wasnt up to snuff. It definitely wasn't a 3 star hotel like it was advertised and it doesn't deserve the 8.?/10 rating it has on hotels.com. The lady at the front desk was nice though.

Think again - cost vs amenities.
No kleenex, no hair dryer, outside temps in the 20's and had to call front desk to come to room and turn on heat. I did not see the 2 star rating (my mistake) but read some reviews which gave it great ratings. All we did was check in at 10:00 pm and left at 5:00 am. Bed was comfortable.

Helpful and friendly owners, Mike and Sandy. Heater was unreachable in the wall, Mike came immediately and helped with it. No desk but I created a writing space. Room very small but I was only one person traveling so I made due.

The property looked nothing like the picture on the website. It is obviously an old picture they are using for this motel. The bathroom was very small, poor lighting and the shower was very old and looked dirty. The table in the room was rickety and loose needed to be tossed. The bed was nice and the bedding was clean. It was quiet. It was ok for a one night stay. There are no amenities. We paid $67 with tax and i felt that was a fair price for low buget motel. Too bad it wasnt anything like the old picture on the website with nice green space with picnic tables.
