« I did love spending the night here. The only mishap was that the road to go up to the mountain was closed, no one responded to us in a timely manner, so we hired a motorcycle to take us. Also we had no utensils to use for the grill, so I wish that was included in the room. Other than that it was amazing, but would also suggest better maintenance of the hot tub and the net that you can lay on. »

« Hotel Chromatic is a colorful, clean hotel. Located in the heart of Guatape, the hotel provided us good breakfast each morning, a nice hot shower, and friendly staff. Though the room didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator, the coffee bar downstairs made good coffee and lattes, and my wife loved the hour massage on site--a paid option from their spa. »

« The Good: 1.The staff was fantastic, very helpful, caring and they beyond their way to help you, they all should get raises. 2. the location/amenities. The view is breathtaking and the pool/jacuzzi and sauna are all amazing and clean. The Bad: 1. the standard room is horribly designed. The bed is very small and has no outlets nearby to charge your phones/electronics. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because I hit my head on the wooden area next to it. 2. There is no working wifi...
