Apartment Gittana – Die perfekte Ferienwohnung finden

„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Residenz Decimina. Perfekt gelegen 10min zu Fuss iins Zentrum von Varenna oder 5min zur Schiffanlegestelle. Und in nur 2min ist man am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.“

„Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. “

„Unique and charming“

„The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.“

„Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. Secure garage parking for a car also a nice add to make this an excellent location for a Como stay.“

„Excellent communication process through out the entire stay.“

„Everything was great. The check-in process was seamless and so was the checkout process love the views from the porch. We will definitely be coming back.“

„Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location right in the center of Bellagio. The place is spacious, all new and spotless clean. Communication went well. Be aware that due to its location, there is a bit of noise in the evening, on the upside everything is at your doorstep. A small supermarket is opposite the apartment but with limited choice, best ist probably to stop at a larger one before coming. There is free parking in the area but requires a bit of searching - we therefore decided ...

„We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at. Thank you Mara and the Cosy team.“
