Hi Janene,Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your recent stay at our hotel. Glad you liked your room, and we are so sorry to hear that overall your visit was not as enjoyable as expected.We do provide two coffee pods free of charge, and if our guests require more, these can be purchased from our shop downstairs, which is open 24 hours. We do not provide daily housekeeping on stays which are shorter than 8 days, but extra towels, linen, toiletries etc. can be collected for free from reception. Reception is able to change the heating settings from downstairs if required, however, guests should be able to do this from inside their rooms as well. If you decide to stay again, we can show you how to work the heating settings.We apologize again for the inconveniences you experienced, and we really hope you will give us another chance in the future.
