Hotel Glen Alpine

« Hotel room.was clean, however the room needed maintenance badly. Shower handle and tub spout come away from the wall. There's no fan in bathroom so lots of wood in bathroom and room ruined with moisture. Breakfast area a mess and too crowded with people. »

« The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!! »

« Nice stay convenient to my plan to drive see the autum foliage »

« Très bien »

« Nice place, but you see that it has not fully recovered since Helen storm. I believe the owners make everything they can so you fell welcome, but the local restaurant is closed the blue ridge parkway is still close around as well. Close by there is the NC mineral museum , even if it is not big it is worth visiting , and not to fare away there is Linville Falls that are worth checking »

« The property, room, bedding hardware and sheets needed to be completely cleaned up for harm free to people stay in it. »

« Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. »

« I reserved at $87.15 which included taxes, but they charged my credit card $104.50.I reserved a nonsmoking king. I walked into a room that reeked of smoke. Bedspread had numerous burn holes. Bathroom fixtures had cigarette damage. Bathroom floor was wet. Bathroom mirror was so broken that only about 3/4 of it was still there. »

« C’était la dernière fois où j’allais dans un super 8. Celui la est vraiment à éviter »
