Location de vacances de particulier à Glenrothes

« Pros-comfortable bed, private garden area, nicely updated kitchen and bathroom and central location Cons-uncomfortable couch, wobbly table and only 2 towels provided for 8 nights. Had to buy an entire box of laundry soap as host didn't provide any (left for next traveler). This has been provided at every previous vrbo in north america and Scotland »

« Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und ordentlich und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. In der Umgebung ist alles was man täglich braucht fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut. »

« This was exactly what is on the pictures, a beautiful modern open plan house that is clean and fresh The hot tub was ready to use and was amazing Would recommend this property to anyone »

« We absolutely loved the lodge! It was comfortable, spotless and very well equipped for families. The hot tub was lovely and the sauna fantastic. The hosts were great at answering any questions before the stay and the welcome pack is perfect for you planning your stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and with shops nearby! We can't recommend it enough. »

« Close to the train and grocery store. Quaint home, clean and comfortable. Loved staying here. »

« We really enjoyed our stay in the Shepherds Hut and the views were amazing. The only disappointment was that there was no welcome pack providing instruction on how things worked. There was also no telephone contact details in case of any issues, etc. When we arrived there was not hot water and it was only by trial and error that we managed to find out that the gas bottle was empty, luckily the other bottle was full and I was aware how to manually change them over. We did send messages asking for...

« Property was tidy, simple and fairly straightforward in terms of settling in. Once we figured out the heating - no instructions - we got the place warm. An excellent wood burner really made the lounge - plus bringing in two bedside lights for ambient lighting - and was generously supplied with kindling and wood. The walks around the property and up into the woods were ideal for dog walks. The kitchen was pleasant, functional and suitably kitted out, although the fluorescent striplighting was...

« Awesome. So close to St Andrews and also loved the easy walking distance to the village. Pub, grocery store anything you needed really. »

« Truly beautiful house in an amazing setting. Felt nice and remote but easy and quick access to local amenities in Kinneuchar and Elie. Property decorated and furnished to perfection with a great outdoor space.Great communication from the host who was always prompt to reply. My constructive feedback would perhaps be some more comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging. It's excellent for dining outside but that could be wonderfully complemented with some outdoor lounging.Only other feedback is to...

« The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...

« A very basic clean but found mouldy food in cupboards and empty bottles and crisp packets in one of the cupboards. House is not as advertised. There are now bunkbeds in one of the rooms, there is now a double bed and a single bed in another room instead of a double and the sofas in the living room are not sofa beds. Plus there wouldn’t have been bedding and pillows if they were. No games or play area for kids despite it saying there was. No console. Limited cutlery plates etc. We made the best...

« First time glamping and wasn’t disappointed at all. POD had everything you need and in immaculate condition and spotless . Hot tub a huge bonus. »

« The place was just what we needed for the 5 of us. Nice accommodations close to lots of things. »

« Tucked away off the main road, the eco lodge offers beautiful panoramic views. The place was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again! »
