„Lovely cottage. Very roomy for us. 3 adults and two teenagers. Ample kitchen space and good beds. They had a little trouble with temp controls and the towel warmers came on some mornings and not others but a great location, a lovely pup across the street and easy access to all the favorite towns without all the hubbub. Lovely little trails and paths by beautiful streams. Be certain to walk around to visit the village mules. ( and take carrots!) would definitely stay there again.“

„Great cottage with lots of room and all the amenities. Quiet and convenient location for accessing walking trails, restaurants, buses and the train station. This cottage was our favorite of all the places we stayed.“

Very well equipped, in particular for the children, with board games, garden games, darts and ping pong.We understand that an old property is difficult to keep clean from spiderwebs but a bit more effort could be done. Towels were oddly distributed, with bath towels in the toilets and hand towels left on the beds.Other than that, we had a great stay. Great comms with the host“

„Quaint, family-friendly cottage in a great central location to access Oxford, Stratford & Burton without the steeper price and busy streets of a bigger town! Loved the quiet town, beautiful countryside walks. Everything we needed was just down the street in the town square. Not modern and if you’re tall, you’ll find it a bit cramped! But no one over 6ft in our household so worked well.“

„I spent three nights at Middle Gable cottage. It is perfectly situated in Bourton-On-The-Water. There are many places to eat within just a few minutes walk. A supermarket is also just a short distance away so it was possible to stock up on milk and food to settle into the cottage for the stay. The cottage is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely living room with a television to relax in at the end of the day, plus a very nice kitchen. There is the choice of either a shower and toilet ...

„Absolutely charming! Parking was on the street , very conveniently located next to our cottage. We had a 2 minute walk to the to numerous restaurants and shops peppered the streets. The cottage was well appointed , extremely clean and in a quiet area. We couldn’t take enough pictures of this quaint, adorable cottage.“
