Only 300 metres from the beach, it offers bathers a 12 km long sandy beach - the Schaabe - and nature lovers pure variety with the Bodden and the diversity of nature.
This holiday home is the perfect combination of luxury and nature. Every season can be exciting here. Long walks along the Schaabe or the Bodden. Cycle tours to discover the island. Cosy up with a book in front of the fireplace - everything is possible. A fully and modern equipped kitchen invites you to cook together or visit one of the restaurants nearby. Fish - homemade ice cream - or just a happy hour with a cocktail on the beach and a view of the sunset.
The property is very large at 1000 square metres and fully fenced.
Here you can recharge your batteries and get away from it all. You benefit from private parking at the accommodation with the possibility to charge your electric car and free Wi-Fi. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen that will make the heart of any amateur chef beat faster. Equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, Tepaniaki, a dishwasher and much more. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV and a cosy seating area. Sagard train station is 11 km from the holiday home.

* Hiking with and without dogs, directly on the beach or on the Bodden. Both accessible without a car. Rügen still offers many wonderful hiking opportunities
* Cycling tours. On your bike and off you go. Directly from the house to the Bodden, to Arcona or Binz, depending on your fitness and preferences. There are wonderful cycle tours. All well signposted.
*Golf only 30 minutes away by car is the Schloss Ranzow golf club
* Water sports: surf schools and much more are just 30 minutes away by car.

Oh yes, and if you suffer from allergies, the house has a state-of-the-art ventilation system. The air is completely renewed within 3 hours.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms each with high-quality built-in wardrobes, box spring beds and in 2 bedrooms also TV. A kitchen with fridge, induction hob, WOK induction hob, Tepaniaki, a dishwasher and much more. A seating area with flat screen TV and 3 bathrooms with shower and in the master bathroom there is also a bathtub. Of course there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
This beautiful holiday home has been built and furnished with great attention to detail. We built the house for ourselves and did not plan to turn it into a holiday home. You will see that we did not skimp on luxury. Sustainability was a major theme during construction, coupled with comfort and aesthetics. For those in the know, the efficiency class is better than KFW 40, while geothermal energy and photovoltaics ensure sustainability. We fell in love with the location. We were enamoured by the Bodden, the Baltic Sea, the beautiful beach and the lovely little village. This led to the project and this house. Now our circumstances have changed and we are renting it out. Enjoy being there. Discover the area and enjoy the house. The villa has a park-like, fully fenced plot. On the 60sqm. In good weather you will find a shady spot or a sunny spot to enjoy a meal together. Around the property there are some old trees, so that you will always find a place in the shade or in the sun.
