The room is wonderful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious, and the service deserves special mention — the entire team, both at the restaurant and throughout the hotel, was extremely attentive, warm, and professional. You really feel well taken care of. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place, especially for a two- or three-night stay to disconnect and recharge. The only small point to note is the bathtub. Although it is advertised as a hot bath, the water temperature reaches around 34°C, which feels more like warm water rather than a truly hot bath. It does not reach 38–39°C like a traditional hot tub. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would gladly recommend"

"The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t meet our expectations. Our room felt like a basement: dark, noisy, and with an awkward view of people being massaged. The fridge was super loud, and the hotel overall very echoey — sleep was hard to come by. The cascading pools looked nice, but the upper one was knee-deep, the main pool freezing, and the valley view overgrown. The yoga shala is beautiful, yet only one class at 7:30 a.m. feels limiting. Restaurant seating was uncomfortable, and the gold “special dinner” chairs felt out of place. Check-in and check-out times are also quite strict. Despite the great service, the hotel simply wasn’t our vibe — Bali has so many other charming options. "
