The apartment was ok if you excuse the view of the safety bollards around the garden of the outdoor space. The apartment was clean enough but the aircon remote and light/fan remote in the living area did not work.The check in process was diabolical. I would steer clear of any apartment hosted by Made Comfy. You had to register through their portal after you had booked through Stayz. They offered early check in which I accepted for a fee. The day of the stay, an hour before we were due to check in I received a phone call saying we couldn’t check in early because they had back to back bookings and the cleavers hadn’t been through. I asked them why they hadn’t informed me earlier, before we had already left for our stay as they would have known about the other booking? They offered a free coffee for the inconvenience. You are supposed to be given a code to pick up the key but the code never showed up as apparently I had an outstanding balance of 28 on the Made Comfy portal, despite having paid the full amount. When talking to the Made Comfy rep, she said it was a credit not an outstanding fee even though it literally said outstanding balance. I then had to call them again to get the key code that was supposed to be readily available.There is no parking space for this apartment. It was mentioned in the booking info but then we were told there was one but the rep was confused.So after booking in for 12pm we finally got in at 4pm!I would never book with this host again.
