This is a privately managed residential apartment located within the Hilton Surfers Paradise building. It is not operated by or affiliated with Hilton’s hotel accommodation services.



Hotel reception and building staff cannot assist with check-in, bookings, housekeeping or stay-related enquiries. Please contact your host directly for assistance.



FREE PARKING



One secure parking space is included with your reservation. Detailed directions and the allocated bay information will be provided before arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING



Daily and mid-stay housekeeping are not included. The cleaning fee covers professional preparation before arrival and standard cleaning after departure.



Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge with advance notice.



POOL AND BEACH TOWELS



Fresh bath towels are provided. Please bring separate towels for the swimming pools and beach.



STARTER SUPPLIES



A starter supply of kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials is provided for your arrival. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.



BUILDING FACILITIES



Pools, gyms and other shared facilities are managed by the building. They may occasionally close for scheduled or unexpected maintenance, and advance notice may not always be available.



Some hotel-operated services, treatments, restaurants and facilities may incur separate charges or require direct reservations.



SWIPE CARDS AND KEY TRACKER



The apartment includes two swipe cards. The physical keys include an Apple AirTag to assist with recovery if they are accidentally lost. If additional access is needed for your group, message us and we'll arrange it in advance — delivery fees may apply if no notice is given.



The tracker is used only to locate missing keys and is not monitored during your stay. Some iPhone users may receive Apple’s standard safety notification.



SECURITY CAMERAS



Security cameras operate in the building’s shared exterior and common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



GUEST RESPONSIBILITY



Guests are responsible for damage caused to the apartment, its contents or shared building areas during their stay.
