The apartment is located on the 18th floor of a high-rise building directly on the beach, and the view is truly impressive. From all windows of the apartment you have an amazing sea view, which is definitely the highlight of the stay.It is situated in a quieter part of the Gold Coast, which we really appreciated. It is away from the busy shopping areas and heavy crowds, yet they can be reached within a few minutes on foot, making the location very convenient.On the downside, the condition of the apartment could be improved. The furniture is quite old and not in very good condition, and the apartment is equipped in a rather basic way, with little sense of luxury. With some updates, this place could be excellent given its fantastic location and views.
