« We had a great stay at The River House! Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the house is tastefully furnished with all the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, but still quiet and rural. Communication was great and check-in/check-out were easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned. »

« There were toe nail clippings on one of the bedside tables in one of the bedrooms and used plastic waterbottles sitting on the ground in another. The shower in the master bedroom also looked like it had not been cleaned properly »

« We stayed in the Jacksonville Suites for a long weekend. The location was perfect for us and the suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was new and it was clean, bright and well equipped. We didn't cook while we were there, but it had everything you could possibly need if you like to cook on vacation! « Fantastic property and host! Beautiful location and home. There are numerous spaces inside and out for large groups to sit and socialize. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room, etc are all spacious, bright, and welcoming.The pool was wonderful.The host was very easygoing, especially on the checkout process. « We love the space. We have gone many times there. So close to everything. Two issues…tried to get in after 4:00 and door would not open. Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet. Others than that…the stay was perfect …as usual. »
