« We stayed here the night before a trip to Cancun. The free shuttle was perfect, and we were able to leave our car there while we traveled through their Park/Fly program. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us to our car. The staff were friendly and helpful. »

« This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it. »

« The staff was nice and attendant however there was a lot of children I believe that was with the staff doing working hours. Running around inside the building. The building was okay. For as the supplies there was no emergency medical supplies to buy in case of overnight headache etc. I did not like the fact that it was not a wash basin of water in the breakfast room to wash your hands nor was there any hand sanitizer nearby. I also asked for handicap room with the handheld shower head the staff...
