« Nice hotel and close to airport. However they said it had a free airport shuttle, but it does not. So keep this in mind if you need the service. »

« Clean hotel and room. Needed a place to sleep overnight so didn’t really use much of the facility. Breakfast was ok. They had make your own waffles, an egg omelet, yogurt, some fruit, muffins, juice, coffee, tea. I would stay again was reasonable »

« Room was disgusting, open the closet door and it’s an old water bottle filled with pee from who knows how long ago. Sheets smelled dirty, bathroom was clean despite the walls near the bathtub falling apart. Staff was zero help and they will profile you. After telling them about the bottle of pee you would think it would be immediately removed and offer us to switch rooms. None of that happened it stayed in the room until we checked out. During the free breakfast the man working in the kitchen...

« The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville. »

« The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices. »

« Property is very nice and clean, but they try to keep everything in 1st class, but somehow, they have a problem cheapest toilet paper, just bringing it to their attention. They should upgrade it, also the elevators are used by the staff and they come in with cards while guests are there, it’s really not proper. Hope this was helpfull. Thank you. »

« Such a charming retreat steps away from all that downtown has to offer! Walkable to all our favorite spots, we enjoyed the plush, spacious suite and the charming staff at the desk and bar. Comfortable room for sleeping, large bathroom well stocked with towels, a quiet place to sit outside for the afternoon, chess and coffee in the evening, a lovely spread for breakfast—we wanted for nothing! A delightful spot to stay. We will return! »
