« We booked this a week and a half before our trip and it was a gem of a find. It was the perfect size for our family as each adult couple had their own room with room for the kids. Great location between Fulton and Rockport. So conveniently located close to the spots we needed most like the Fulton Pier, Rockport Beach, restaurants, and HEB. Fishing off of the boat slip was fun for the kids as it wasn’t busy and plenty of smaller fish to keep them entertained. Melissa was an exceptional host and...

« The house is very cute. The neighborhood is charming. It’s a spacious house with nice amenities. The beds were so comfy. If you have a big group and you plan on cooking, there are only 4 plates and 4 bowls so plan accordingly. The listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and that you can walk to shopping, and while you probably could walk you won’t want to. There aren’t sidewalks or safe places to cross. Really a great house overall! »

« The house is really nice, great location, perfect size for us. Really clean, full kitchen was a plus. Our kids enjoyed the pool and pond that is on the site. Just a 5 minute drive or so to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The host is super nice! We will definitely stay there again. »

« The property was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, the neighborhood is very quite and the host was able to help with any needs we had. If you are looking for a quite place to get away this is the perfect spot. I also loved that there were two different living/kitchen area. This house would be great for multiple families to share. »

« This home is very comfortable for a small family. It offers a great view of the Bay and a private fishing pier, which is very lovely. Additionally, the area is enclosed by a private fence and gate, which allowed us to let the dogs run around—great place to stay overall. We will likely return when the weather is cooler. »

« Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. »
