Tried reaching front desk several times, they used to give a new credential each time that worked for few mins ALSO only 1 device, 1 user. In this world of IOT what does 1 device 1 user do?

« We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s.
