« I was having a Training and decided to stay in InterContinental. Very friendly hotel staff, and what surprised me most, I left my mobile phone on my bike, and the hotel security staff was very honest, he found my phone and surrender my phone to the front desk. The next morning they return my phone to me!
The other thing that's good is the food. I rarely ate breakfast at the hotel. But this time I really like it. The breakfast and lunch is excellent!

« The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5 »
